Exactly! He's not my favorite character, but he's certainly NOT as horrible as fans tend to depict him to be.

He's a perv... that's his character. But then again, so is Germany, and I haven't met a Hetalia fan that doesn't like him yet. Pervs and rapists AREN'T the same thing!

I don't mind if you hate France; that's your choice after all, but don't hate him "because he's a rapist", when he certainly is NOT.
